Today has really been one of the weirdest days. I have lots of weird days, but I'm starting to think that "today took the cake." It didn't start out being the best day. I woke up an hour and a half late, missed my first class, and got hit by a tree branch that fell out of a tree. Crazy right? However, I can't really complain. I have a really wonderful life. I have a family that loves me. I have an amazing boyfriend who loves me as well. I have the best friends. I have clothes. I have food. I go to a great school (although it's really expensive). I have everything I could ever want in my life. So when days like today happen, I just try to remember these things. I have to be constantly thankful because there's constantly things to be eternally grateful for. 

On another note, blogging is something that is apparently really cool to do. I can see that. It's like keeping a diary electronically. Well, not really because other people are supposed to read it. Oh well. I love sharing my life with people who want to listen, or read about it. I love my life. Lots of wonderful and crazy things happen to me EVERYDAY. I hope that my life can put a smile on your face. Writing about my life for me to read about in the future makes me smile now. I just really hope I keep up with this everyday. Or at least more than once a month. 

So, for the quote that is the name of the blog. "Happiness is a journey, not a destination." Life is a journey. Happiness is as well. We spend our lives searching for happiness as if it is a destination. Well, quite frankly, it isn't. Happiness is the journey. At least it's supposed to be. This is my journey. My happiness is my journey. It's my goal to find happiness as I go on throughout this earthly life. I hope that I really have lots of happiness along the way. I'm happy now. I hope I'll always be.
